Bekir Kılıç completed his education in Atatürk University Faculty of Science and Anadolu University at Faculty of Economics. He attended language courses at USA-Illinois-Champaign Parkland College.
 
Kılıç started his carrier in 1989 in Evyap and became the factory manager in 1994. He was appointed to the membership in Managing and Executive Committee as managerial and industrial concerns coordinator.
 
He started Evyap Egypt Project in 1998 and arranged the feasibility of the project 'Port Facilities' and achieved the implementation in 2001 as the Head of Managing Committee. In 2002, Evyap undertook the Ukraine Project and he held the member position in Managing and Executive Committee as the “Head of Supply Chain Management Group” after 2004.
 
He received many certificates such as ISO9000 Quality in 1994, when the quality concept started to be discussed in the country for the first time, 14001 Environment in 2003 and 18001 'Safety and Health at Work' in 2005 and he successfully fulfilled the requirements until now as the Managing Representative.
 
He provided funding and realized the tree planting project with 15.000 oaks to prevent erosion in Çoruh Valley in 2005 and he undertook it’s after care. In 2007, he carried out and managed rural development projects personally in Erzurum Province, Çat District, Bozyazı and Göbekören villages with Tema and Atatürk University.
 
He founded Kağıthane-Ayazağa Urban Transformation Organization and worked as the Head of Management Committee. Some important institutions in the Committee are Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Şişli Municipality and Kağıthane Municipality.
