Murat Bayram was born in 1975 in Ankara. He is graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department of Trakya University and completed his master degree in 2000.
 

He worked as a research assistant between the years 1998-2000 and as a project engineer and project control engineer in Head Office of Constructive Works in Ministry of Public Works and Settlement between the years 2000-2007. He served in Buildings’ Energy Efficiency Commission in General Directorate of Constructive Works as the director’s representative between 2008 and 2010. He has been working as the director of the Energy Efficiency Department, established in the same Directorate. He works on energy efficiency in buildings.
